I was waiting at the counter for over 15 minutes when the cashier ( young asian lady) accused me of pushing in, I informed her I had been waiting for a while and in fact it was the other person who pushed in she just glared at me signing to the other customer. No apology nothing. Extremely poor customer service.I will not be returning.

The jewellery was nice plenty of options but beware there is no paper receipt available. I personally don't want to be forced to give my email address. The lady at the till did not tell me and the staff have an I'm unbothered attitude. I was waiting for my receipt and then was told ohh there is none only email. If you give your email address then you can have proof of purchase . This is wrong if they told before I proceed with payment then I can choose not to buy it. I felt forced into giving my details. Furthermore first the lady said £9 then said £10. Also this excludes many that do not have emails, those that not digital skills. I know I in work I have ment many that fall through the gap. So I will not be coming back. In future please tell customers before purchases are made.

I wish I could give zero stars but I cannot.

I came in with my daughter 3 times in a row to get her ears pierced and was rejected and told that we cannot get one done as they were clearly not bothered to do the service and was rudely told to not come back again. This is outrageous and disgusting behaviour from the employees as well as the store manager who did not step up and show some sense of authority and respect towards customers. Will never come back here again.

Lovely stock & items. Shame about the customer service. The two ladies were shocking. One of the ladies who was sweeping during opening hours was telling us to move and to hurry up as the shop was closing. I spent £50 & my friends spent £20. The items were not wrapped at all they were thrown into the bag and I noticed they were tangled. So I asked for them to be wrapped as I bought multiple things and I was afraid of them getting damaged. This is terrible for a jewellery store. This is basic customer service. They were rushing to leave. Shame I won’t be shopping here anymore.

Had the most shocking customer service today at Lovisa in Westfield Shepherds Bush, as well as a very distressed 11 year old daughter as a result. She carefully chose her selection of sales items from the “4 for £10” wall only to be asked to pay £25 for her purchases. When she asked about it, the lady at the checkout was dismissive and extremely rude towards her. I stepped in to ask why when all her items were from the promotional wall the offer was not honoured, and if someone could help us understand which items were part of the promotion. The lady (claimed to be called Jessica) refused, I asked to speak to the manager and another lady told me to Google this (“that’s why you have a phone for”), I was beyond incensed by both ladies’ behaviour. At that point I decided to purchase the items anyway for my daughter but the 2 ladies just grabbed them from my daughter and put them away, leaving my 11 YO extremely upset.
Never have I experienced such dismal customer service.

I came to Lovisa White city and had such an amazing customer experience!

I wanted to change all my piercings to gold however 2 of my piercings were screwed on so tight I couldn’t manage to take them off. I was then assisted by two lovely girls Sarah and Carola who stuck with me till the end. They both were adamant they could help and eventually with a lot of persistence and strength they accomplished to take them off.

They advised me on precautions in order to avoid any infections and then helped me choose new earrings that I am in love with!!

Will definitely be coming back into this warm environment, thanks girls!

Family went in and bought few stuff on sale. In one section was alot of jewellery of the same ones and when taken to counter the girl said it's full price. We can understand one item being misplaced. Not a whole batch. I think the price on offer on that section should of been honoured. It's up to staff to constantly check shelves.

I was visiting your Westfield branch last night.I actually thought your shop was closed because the shutter was pulled 3/4 of the way across , Then I realised your shop didn’t close for another 20 minutes.
My daughter loves your jewellery so I wanted to get her a Christmas present.
I picked up two earrings and a bracelet.I was told because the bracelet had no barcode they could not sell it to me and it was physically impossible.
I was told if I could look it up online on my phone and find the barcode for it I could buy it.
There were four members of staff in that shop and not one of them was willing to help me.
I offered to pay up to £20 for the bracelet.And was told you don’t understand it’s physically impossible to sell it to you.
How Disappointed I was and left the shop without purchasing anything followed by a barrel of abuse by your staff.
I really think it was necessary to complain as in this Economic climate surely we would hate our beloved jewellery shop to close.
