Lovely friendly people and super efficient shop.
Although it is a lovely jewelers shop it offers so much.
Best watch repairs at very reasonable prices.
Engraving facility is brilliant.
It’s the best kept secret in Chiswick.

Six weeks ago took a completely new stone bracelet to have the clasp tightened. Was told the clasp can not be tightened and needs to be sent out to be changed. After two weeks was told it would cost £90. I said no and they said they would send it to another repair person. After two weeks was told the repair man has been ill. I asked for the bracelet back. It took another two weeks to just get the bracelet back. After all this, they had no professional decency to have it repaired before returning.. Extremely irresponsible, unresponsive and unprofessional.

If possible I would give this zero. Months ago I took 3 watches in for new batteries- two of them were old Tissot rock watches. I was told it would be 3 days to do this - 3 weeks later I got them back. The most modern watch was fine.
One rock watch was allegedly losing time and needed servicing at a cost of £250. I did not take this up as the watch had been serviced less than a year before - it was not losing time either.
The other rock watch I was told had a part missing - it did not have a part missing when I took it in! It simply needed a new battery.
Having sent the watch to a specialist whom I have used before and is totally trustworthy , unfortunately it is completely broken as someone has tried to get the battery out with a screwdriver. These people broke my watch and then lied. I recommend them to no one.

Dishonest and unprofessional

I tool my ring to repair in May, the stone had come off and I wanted it glued back.
At the store they told me that they would need to take it to the goldsmith and he would give me a a budget. I received a phone a few days later, apparently to reassemble the stone they would need to reshape the ring therefore, the price would be so high. I told them to return the ring to me as it was since I could find other places with better prices.
They did not return me the ring in two weeks cause apparently the person who did the delivery was on sick leave.
My surprise was two weeks later when they called to tell me that "by mistake" they had reshaped my ring and reassembled the stone. Then they offered me £10 discount over the first price, either was that or they would turn the ring back to its initial shape and would take the stone off.
Obviously I agreed to the prize not to have my ring at risk to be destroy and I payed what they told me.

Las week while I was working in the office the stone come off over my keyboard so I called Platinum prestige to enquire.

I explained the situation I said that I did not have the receipt on me but I told them the date when I payed so they found me on their book and the gentleman who attended the phone actually acknowledged the situation above described.
Firstly he told me that if they were not able to fix it they would charge me for the postage back to my home, and them he try discourage me mentioning the hassle of me sending the ring.
Once he saw would not succeed with this technique then he started saying that, in my case, the stone stone does not get attached to the ring by reshaping it but just cementing it, then he also in a very patronizing way said to me that it is impossible to find anybody to reshape a ring for the price they gave me so I was wrong.
After this he started a back and forth conversation trying to gas light ab module the situation at his convenience, without succeeding. Since I was so clear of the situation and he could not module the facts the gentleman attending my phone call got clearly frustrated to the point I had to tell him twice not to rise his voice at me.
The last point when he had no arguments he said they would not help me because I do not have the receipt n me anymore which was not an issue at any point and not only was I acknowledge but the gentleman who took my phone call remembered my case in detail (his own way)
When I realise his intention was not helping me I stated that I wished to terminate the conversation and that I felt cheated, he carried on a on to the point I had to reiterate that I wanted to finish the conversation since I was feeling unable to continue on a polite turns, don't forget he was rising his voice at some points and I never did.

I do believed that I was being cheated from point they took my ring, they really wanted to take that money out of me and they frame the situation, before delaying the delivery of the ring and them "automatically" fixing it.
The worst part of everything is that they promised a reshaped that then they admitted that was not the way my ring could be fixed due to its actual shape.

This whole situation really upset since nor this is the people I am use to deal neither this behaviour matched with my beliefs and ethics.

A wonderful Chiswick business which has been kind enough to share it's expertise with our local charity shop. The team has given us valuations and professional opinions free of charge, plus changed batteries and performed repairs at affordable prices. We feel lucky to have this business in our community. Thanks Team Prestige!
