Not so good value for money. Went today to change battery for my watch. After they finished, I saw rubber out, aked why is this out and they said, don't worry if you won't swim won't be any problems. Think that they could do much better job. Now is to late. Wish them all the best.

Poor customer service and came across very uninterested/ rude.
Attended for a watch battery change and was told after waiting a while that it could not be done for my watch.
I went to another shop a few mins walk from this one and they were able to do without any issue and were much more pleasant to deal with. Avoid this place - they are not worth your time or hard earned money.

It is mentioned clearly in the receipt that exchange with proof of purchase is possible. We bought a necklace and at home recognised that it is damaged. They refused to change it in very RUDE manner and told us you did it yourself!!!
They welcome you once you want to spend money but show you their second face when it come to service stuffs.

Terrible service. Wanted to visit this place for a while and after not being able to find an 18ct gold chain at the display, went inside to ask if they sell any.
Sadly, I had an answered from the staff by the xenophobic comment of "you won't be able to find any 18ct gold in this country" in a really rude way.
I've lived in this country for a long time and luckily I haven't encountered myself in a xenophobic situation until now. Also, I must inform that you can find 18ct gold in this country, many places even offer the service to design it for you.

Please avoid this unprofessional place, I visit for battery swap and they scratch my watch. Even if my watch had few already, but them explanation was '' ooo your watch have scratches already so doesn't meter few more. Its not our fault Hugo boss dont make good watches, ". How you can say to customers thinks like that. He offer me polishing I said yes but i refused for paying for battery swapped, then they told me to get out and rhey refuse to fix scratches. VERY RUDE PEOPLE!!!! AVOID THIS PLEASE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT IS CUSTOMERS SERVICE.

I was looking for a particular item and could only find it in this shop, other than online. Very good price I thought, and good quality (Evil Eye).I would return to this store again. The member of staff that served me was pleasant. Thank you.

I went here with my partner enquiring about wedding rings. The staff were very nice and helpful, they were friendly and let us take our time. We left with a nice simple ring and we will definitely return in the future.

Thanks to these guys my vintage watch is still going. Lovely staff and super friendly. I will be back and everyone should come here instead of going to H.Samuels in the centre (sorry not sorry!). Thanks guys!
