They have a good selection of items however not all of the items seen online is available at the shop. When you contact them about online items customer service is poor, they read your messages and then ignore them. They clearly don't value repeat / loyal customers now that they have grown their customer base which is a real shame. Won't be buying from them going forwards.

Had an amazing experience at Vrddhi, they are so patient and so friendly. High recommend them. Both quality and range is great for South Indian style jewellery.
