We went inside as we were interested in a piece in the window. Left almost immediately after the owner told us his shop wasn't a museum. A woman and her child also left with us, as she also couldn't believe how rude he was. Can't understand why someone would be so unnecessarily nasty. We have no interest in going back and will dissuade others from doing so.

This is the best jewellery store I’ve ever shopped at. You will always find something authentic and not your bog standard high street jewellery. I have friends that travel from London to shop here when they want to find something extra special. Great honest service - I don’t buy jewellery from anyone else.

Avoid this place at any cost. Such rude owners. The male owner acts rude if you don't show a clear interest in purchasing. He yelled 'BYE' to people who left when no one asked for help only browsing the products. The other time I saw a lady's bag accidentally knocked down a model. The owner blamed her for minutes when she was apologising. I'd say if this is such a fragile thing, whose duty to protect it?

They weren't rude, whatever some reviews here say. Perfectly polite. Good selection of stuff. Some may be overpriced. Who knows? But it's a lovely shop and I got some nice antique jewelry for a birthday present

This place has some amazing antique jewelry items. I was weary of the reviews of the service. Turns out they are true. The owner is down right rude. I asked about an item I had seen previously and his response was "this is a shop, we sell things". A simple, sorry it must have sold would have suffice. Anyway would have loved to bought one of their items but prefer to put my money into someone else's pocket. I suggest you do the same.

I had a really great experience here. I bought a beautiful gold ring and they even gave me a discounted price. I am very happy with my purchase and will sure be back next time I’m in town.

The best One of antique as well as modern collections during the travel of Bristol.

Absolutely loved it. Wish I could meet the person who maintained the store. That day one lady was managing the store.

Honestly felt compelled to write this as I had a similar, yet shocking, experience to most in these reviews. The lady working asked if I needed any help in the most condescending tone and I hadn’t even stepped through the door yet. When I asked about the prices she told me certain ones were for “over £100”, insinuating I couldn’t afford any of it.
If you would like to have a free reenactment experience of the movie “Pretty Woman” as the character Vivian, then this is the shop to go to. If you would like to be talked down to and made to feel like you don’t belong? Definitely come here.
