Maybe they have good products but staff is useless. My son aked for help and got blatantly ignored even though I stood behind him, I had to intervene otherwise she wouldn't even ask them what they wanted. Very disappointing customer service.

Thank you for saving my bacon. I found out that the ring I purchased was too big as I've lost weight for my wedding. They exchanged it for the right size with no questions asked. Really great customer service, will definently purchase from here again.

My husband bought a £285 ring for my birthday, he bought this ring using H.Samuel gift vouchers. I was unable to return this item dye to terms & conditions. They need to bring there till systems and terms & conditions up to date with the times! Gift vouchers is BOUGHT with actual MONEY so should be used and classed as the same thing with in a company. It's all money ...

Nothing special. Service and prices have much room for improvement. If I am to spend £100 on a steel bracelet at least show some enthusiasm...

The guy I spoke with was condensing. Kept saying my love on the phone and rude although he had my name he said to a colleague this woman wants to know. This is the first time I have been treated like this. The other staff have always been helpful when I have been buying jewellery. The call was about a repair.I hope that the next time I chase it up the service is better

High street jewellery store that has really good January sales for something of good value and friendly staff. Also offers a ring repair and cleaning jewellery service for ring resizing and/or repairs.

Unfortunately my partner chose H. SAMUEL to resize her engagement ring & it is now 5 weeks overdue with no explanation & customer service are no help whatsoever. I'd recommend using another jewellers.
