Pandora Durham

I had a problem with my mother's day bangle having lost the clasp coming up to Durham on holiday. Laura managed to find a replacement for me. I am so grateful especially as my son need never know about it!

Been going yearly for the missus, always have a gander at the website before I go in so i can give the staff an idea of what I want. Get shown all the options all the prices and the usual etc etc and considering the size of the collection you can never go wrong. Atm the disney range is awesome

Went into this store after another Pandora store had kindly phoned to reserve a ring for me, due to it not being available in their store. I was greeted by a lovely lady named Sam. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I not only managed to replace a ring (that I had previously lost, that was a special gift from my daughter) but got a second ring to go along with the original ring. Plus, they were both now in the sale. Feeling very lucky & extremely grateful! Thank you so...ooo much Sam for your wonderful service, I'm one extremely happy lady XxX

Only awarded 3 stars as a couple of the staff couldn't be bothered to help. Lovely young girl helped me but a couple of the senior staff thought me invisible and jumped to assist customers more to their liking. Possibly commission based sales.

Fantastic customer service…wife had an old Pandora chain with a broken clasp…staff in Durham branch were more than happy to replace FOC! Young girl serving us had only been there 3 weeks and was very helpful.
Of course we will return. Thanks.

Came in on Saturday and I was stuck looking for a piece for Christmas and a lovely young lady called hollie helped me out and made sure I got exactly what I needed such a lovely young lady I'll definitely be back and looking for her! 😊

Really lovely selection of rings and other pandora jewellery. staff were friendly, Alisha/Elisha in particular was very helpful and polite! :)
