Blooming Lovely Jewellery

Got a necklace as a gift for Christmas which I love. Unfortunately the chain broke and I emailed really just asking for advice on what the exact style of chain it was so I could replace it - however I was promptly sent a new chain in the post free of charge, no questions asked!
