Purchased my wife's engagement ring from here a couple of years ago and unfortunately the diamond had come loose.

When I informed Samara James they provided a next day courier service to collect the damaged ring and have completed two repairs over the past month.

The customer service team have been very attentive and have shown a lot of empathy in regard to my concerns of such a sentimental ring breaking.
