I was looking for a lovely birthday gift for my wife of a gold and diamond necklace. My first visit I was unable to find what I was looking for exactly, but the friendly staff contacted me a few weeks later when a new piece came in as I described to them and it was perfect. My wife also choose some lovely ear rings to go with them. The staff at Fleur Jewellery were very helpful and patient with us as we tried on different styles of earrings to go with the necklace. Popped in in last week for new new watch battery and links to be removed from the strap. Staff extremely helpful and polite, fitted within just a few minutes of my arrival, couldn't be more pleased. Thoroughly recomnend

I have just had a large Carnelian Cabochon ring handmade for me by Katherine, Jewellery Designer, at Fleur Jewellery.

I cannot recommend her workmanship, design and attention to detail more highly. The whole process from selecting the stone, to the setting of it in sterling silver was a joy. I am absolutely delighted with the end result. Katherine is a very talented designer and deserves to do well.

We are very fortunate to have such an excellent Jewellers in Walton on Thames, and to have a business that offers such a personal and professional service.

The owner is rude and dismissive. One of the most unhelpful and unprofessional individuals I’ve ever met. I wish I’d read the reviews before even setting foot in her store.

Like an experience out of The League of Gentlemen TV series. Woman who owns/ runs it very strange indeed. Enquired about a kids watch battery cost, £10 was the reply !! and then started muttering to herself about "if thats too expensive, go elsewhere (which I did, the watch itself was £8) and then ushered me out of the shop. My review in two words, don't bother .....

Wanted a Signet ring for my son's 30th Birthday. Needed the family crest engraved into the ring. This was done in a very prompt time. The staff were so helpful and take pride in what they do. I will definitely be shopping here again. Thanks great customer service.
