Overall good experience. Unfortunately they don’t have in store Diesel watches what I was after. Been served by a young lad, but he was patient, knowledgeable and kind. Got a price match, and both a watch for myself.

We brought wedding rings from here last year and got my engagement ring cleaned and redipped at the same time. Staff were great and very helpful, Libby especially, made the whole experience wonderful and was so eager to help and make sure they were right for us. We visited again yesterday to get my rings resized due to loosing weight and Libby was there again and remembered us from our last visit. She was so helpful and friendly again, she is the type of person I wish more stores had! She always is happy to help and always goes above and beyond to help make sure you get what you need at a good deal and when you need it! Thank you again!

Went here on the 7th of August. My mother came after a white gold ring with diamonds and the staff member named Andrew! Was so professional and friendly he really helped alot and we felt comfortable talking to him. We struggled finding a size for her fiancé because it was meant to be a surprise but he gave us the best options. A message to Andrew the ring ended up fitting perfectly! My partner wanted to get a new watch,after 10 minutes the two saila assistants still hadn't approached us as they were two occupied with talking to each other.we left.so they lost out.as my partner then bought a 1000,pound watch some where else. poor customer service

Their rings are made on the cheap and in such a way they can’t be resized. When asked what they expect me to do, their response is to ‘buy a new one’. Thanks to them my engagement ring now hangs on my necklace rather than on my finger one month before my wedding and they couldn’t care less 😢
