We just popped into here on the hunt for my fiancée's wedding ring. The third shop and 30 minutes into our search, which we thought would take several months; a young man called Daniel found the perfect ring on his first attempt!

You could tell he was fairly new, but only by the way other staff were quietly offering support - he was awesome in all respects. We were sat in a little consultation area that felt somewhat odd after visiting the usual high street chains, but the experience was only positive. Daniel took a quick look at her engagement ring, looked in a box and found something that matched perfectly! He gave superb advice and showed he really knew and cared about his job and the whole domain of jewellery and precious metals.

The price was possibly a touch more than other stores, but the peice of mind that we have something so right far outweighs that. We look forward to getting the ring! Thankyou!

Took my rings in for resizing Sunday 27th December and was told I would be called Monday 4th when they would be ready. Yes, we went into tier 4 and then a lockdown shortly after but I've had no communication to say where my rings are or if they could post them to me or did I want them back before lockdown and get them resized once restrictions was lifted. I have send numerous Facebook messages, emails to the chesterfield branch and head office. It may seem something stupid during the ongoing pandemic but they mean something very dear to me and having no communication and fearing they've been lost is very unsettling.

I had exceptional service from Bex, she was very patient and engaged really well with my children. Gave us great advice and found a good solution for us. A credit to your business will definitely use you again!

Beautiful jewellery store with lots of choice/varieties for all price ranges within reason. Staff very friendly & helpful.
Our son who is autistic was made to feel very welcome regardless of his obvious quirks, he tried an amazing men's chunky type necklace which had a leather strap going through the chain, almost like a bike chain, stunning piece which he bought as he fell in love with it. Like I say, lots of different choice in style for men and women.
The store is close to the town centre and across from vicar Lane shopping too which has it's own carpark with contact less to a point parking system.. The spaces are good sizing too. One of our favourite for parking.

Sent my jewellery back as it turned my earring black after 8 hours of wear,
to be professionally cleaned & they arrived back to me worse than they were before I sent them!

My Husband bought me a diamond pendant today for Christmas we were served by a lovely lady called Libby, she was so nice and very helpful ..Thanks again.

I’ve used this jewellers on various occasions over the past year, including altering watch links, a new battery and a necklace repair.
The ladies on customer service are always really pleasant, very helpful and efficient. The prices charged are also reasonable.
I am happy to have found this shop and will continue to use their services.

I saw a keeper ring on the T H Baker website that I really liked so went to purchase it and applied for credit through the finance company they use, got accepted for credit and purchased the ring. The next morning someone from the jewelers rang me and told me that the ring had already been sold and would I like something to the equivalent finance value to which I declined. After some though I decided to look for something else seeing as though the finance company had already run a hard search on me that was going to show on my credit report, I saw another keeper ring which was more expensive than the original ring I had chosen but was heavier in weight at 20g of gold, so I ordered this ring, after speaking to the finance company, and asked for it to be resized which they said would take up to 3 days to do. On Friday May 7th they sent me shipping confirmation and tracking number for next day delivery, however the ring never arrived on the Saturday, nor did it arrive on the Monday. I emailed them on Monday evening after checking with Royal Mail who hadn't even received the ring yet and they responded on Tuesday apologizing and saying it would be with me by the Wednesday, which in my opinion telling somebody you have shipped their purchase and 4 days later it still hasn't been sent is completely unprofessional! So Wednesday the ring arrived and the first thing I did was weigh it- it turned out not to be 20 gram as stated but only 15.2 gram, I immediately rang them and after a bit of umming and arring they said it says 15.5 gram on my computer, which is absolute rubbish- I bought the ring because of the 20 gram weight not a 15.2 gram ring, they had an identical ring at 14.7 gram for £200 less that what they was trying to charge me for this ring-they clearly wasn't expecting me to weigh it. I returned the ring and bought the 14.7 gram one for £200 less, which again they said would take 2 days to re size and i Had to chase them up again to eventually get in 7 days. If you do decide to buy from here then I'd weigh your purchase if I was you.
