Smitha was unwelcoming, rude, late and not a good experience for a bride. Not a pleasant experience for a bride and her family.

I went to Goenka Jewels very last minute with the hope of finding some jewellery to match my reception lehenga. Up until then, I couldn't find anything that I loved and kept seeing the same sort of thing in other shops. Smita had great expertise and was able to quickly suggest something based on my outfit that was completely different. She was able to work with me even though I had very little time left.

Planning a wedding during lockdown is challenging but Smita at Goenka Jewels made virtual shopping a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. From video calls to photos to messages I was able to purchase my bridal kaleeras without hesitation. My kaleeras arrived very quickly and better than I envisaged. The colours looked exactly the same as the pictures and videos and the changes made were more than perfect. I had already previously ordered many earrings and a necklace set via Goenka Jewels website so I knew their quality is excellent. I also purchased a necklace set for my mum, again virtually via whatsapp. With only a day before by wedding, Smita went above and beyond to make sure I received it in time. Smita did such a great job at helping me pick out my jewellery for my wedding events. My wedding day outfit wasn't ready at the time but Smita managed to give me advice based on photos of my lehenga and generally made the whole process so easy for me. The pieces selected all complimented my looks perfectly! I was able to customise where needed and had a variety of gold plated pieces to choose from which was quite important given I tend to react to artificial/nickel jewellery. The collection at Goenka really stood out versus other places I had visited and the customer service really was the best - definitely the smoothest part of wedding planning during covid.
