Brilliant service, can't recommend them more. Best jewelers in Preston. We always see Ellie whilst we are in there and she's wonderful, really helpful and polite no matter if we are buying a watch worth £1000's or a strap replacement that's £20.

I rang and spoke to Laura over the phone, later the same day I visited the store. The service and environment was literally the best. I spoke to a couple of the staff they where friendly and made me feel comfortable. No hard sale no pressure , a wealth of information regarding products . Over the last 18 months I have been buying watches and jewellery from the team at whittles. I have to say, service has been truly exceptional. It has a really close, personal feel unlike other large chain jewellers where I previously shopped. The help, advice and customer care from Whittles, in particular, Hari, has been first class.
