I want to say how pleased I am with my purchase of Georgette Jewellery from your shop in Worcester. Tanya who served me was superb. She took time to show and explain the jewellery in details, was not pushy for me to purchase and was smiling and friendly. I liked her very much and is an example of how you should be served . With shops disappearing on the high street - it needs people like her. I love the jewellery and have worn the bracelet and matching ring several times now. Big thank you.

Love Francis & wills staff are absolutely spot on, really friendly extremely helpful and they have an extensive troll bead collection as well as some really good watches.there customer service is outstanding and I cannot thank them enough for there help in deciding what to buy my wife.i bought a lovely holten professional from Francis Willis and a bracelet for said watch and cannot thank the staff enough .they even made my little girl feel at home looking at all the sparkling jewelry and she's only 4 with sticky fingers but they made her feel at home .top notch jewelry with top notch services again a big thank you to all the staff .will definitely shop there again :)
