Bought a 22ct gold chain a month ago and it broke with the lightest of touches. Took it back and only to be told it was hollow gold and they couldn’t fix it. Wouldn’t have bought it if they told me at the time of purchase. They then wanted me to buy another chain as a replacement. Not gonna spend a penny more in this place. I’d advise a walk a few doors down to the next jewellers - gold forever. I would not recommend Vikrams, spend elsewhere as I found out they over priced me nearly double what the hollow chain was actually worth. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

This place is brilliant to buy gold, silver whatever you want! Sell top quality gold for a good amount of price, this is real gold not artificial if you think it is. The owner helps you a lot with you buying whatever you need.

Tried to sell some gold here, went to another jeweller down the road and offered £120 more on same day.
Also looked at buying a kara fory son, i was offered a 12g one, but for the for same price I bought one for 15g from down the road.
I would recommend you avoid at all costs

Went in for a present for my partner left most of the deposit straight down on the table and he has lost my order one day before the birthday now the refund will take 3 days and I’m left with nothing. Not apologetic nothing just saying well that’s all we have pick something else!!!! Terrible service!!!!

Prices are ridiculous. Just go down the road to Guru Jewellers for better pricing.
