Pandora Tamworth

Shop was empty when I went in today! No customers and only one member of staff to be seen. However I was served quickly which was good as I was on my lunch hour from work. Staff member was very pleasant and helpful. I went in to purchase a gift for my niece's birthday and bought exactly what I wanted.

The staff are always so nice, very helpful and don't rush you. Nothing is too much trouble when you're looking for the right gift.

It was a pleasuse to shop here today the assistant who served me made me feel most welcome perlite and plesant throughout the whole of my visit . Will definitely be visiting the store again .

Todays customer service was terrible staff must be well trained and know all stuff. Pandora don't give you exchange option. On amount of money what we are spending .some design like.bangle bracelets are not practical at all and not able exchange is totally outrageous. Me my self im only prefer simple dising with none fath at all
