Staff could have been a bit friendlier according to my partner but they did do an amazing job resizing her engagement ring!!

Asked this jeweller how much I might get for a piece. Was offered £350 and told the diamond was cracked. Subsequently paid for a professional valuation. Worth more than 10x this amount and the diamond isn't cracked. Be careful.
