Me and my fiancée attended the store to purchase our wedding bands for our upcoming wedding. David served us and I have to say he was outstanding. So helpful, knowledgeable and very detailed! Great service!

My partner and I went into Clogau today to choose a necklace for my partner for Christmas.
I have to say that Katie young lady that served us was exceptional, her kindness and patience along with her professional demeanor was outstanding. Thank you Katie you made our experience very memorable.

Bradley has just been launched recently with excellent customer care.
He is very polite with a kind manner.
We thought we knew which item to purchase. As we entered it was quiet so browsed until we needed to obtain an assistant. Suddenly there was a queue before us. The signal was non existant and the catalogue failed to indicate clearly item of choice. We asked to view three pieces. Bradley apologised twice for the delay and returned with a tray to try from.
He allowed me to handle the clasps.
However it transpired that all three did not coordinate with the last visit's wear. Instead after comparison with the Cariad Heart bangle 'sterling silver & 9ct rose gold for 'past~present~future'.
The blue light discount was applied and a Clogau gifted key ring offered. Bradley thanked us humbley. He needs encouragement for all his efforts required from mastering the till & paperwork to hearing precisely what is required looking from a distance over other persons heads eyes fixed through the display cabinets.
This is prior to the gathering numbers succeeding in December forthcoming.

Great items for sale, staff very friendly and helpful 👍

The shop is beautiful and previously we had great experiences within the store, however our visit recently was not the same. The female staff member who we asked for help seemed uninterested and was quite abrupt with us, which made us feel uncomfortable. This was a shame since we were interested in purchasing some jewellery, but the customer service put us off.

We had booked a slot at 11.30am as I was with my 87 year old Mum who was keen to buy me a special birthday gift. We looked around the shop a little and then as nobody approached us I mentioned to a lady called Jenny that we had booked a slot. She told me we had to wait our turn and then people who had arrived after us were served! Had it not been for Tom we woukd have walked out. The 5* is for Tom but its a 1* for Jenny!
