Awful customer service from this branch. Was laughed at by a blonde woman who said my engagement ring was 6 times too big for me so wouldn't be able to re size. I understood that the branch was unwilling to re size but to be laughed at was horrendous. I've never experienced such unprofessional customer service in my life. Will not be returning. Thankfully I went to a family run jeweller in Swansea who told me my ring was only a size too big for me and he re sized it over night.

Staff are so rude, arrogant and not friendly at all, especially the old blonde woman, would have given it no stars if I could. Do not shop there!!

A very helpful gentleman helped us today whilst buying a watch. Very professional, had good knowledge of watches and was patient and came across caring. All in all we purchased the right watch for my husband. A very happy shopping experience all round

Disappointing visit. Took back my sons watch on 28th December, which was a Xmas present, exchanged it for one of much greater value. Lady who served us was very unhelpful. Announced the value of my sons gift loudly to him when i was trying to be discreet and had to ask her to remove links so he could wear it. Given no box. Very poor service all round. I strongly suggest training in customer service especially at a time where the Internet is making their job's extinct!

Such a disappointment. Went in to purchase an anniversary gift. Ended up paying over £100. Went in after work in builders clothes, felt like I was looked down upon, as if "why the hell is he in here". Really poor service.

Should have walked. But left the gift buying too late.

The customer service in neath is terrible they rush you to buy something and when you go back later as you have changed your mind and you didnt really want it they dont like it
