Treated myself to a new Hamilton watch recently. I knew the model I wanted, and after double checking various online suppliers found Stephen Hughes had by far the better price. Really pleased, as I prefer to support local retailers where possible. The staff were just great, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend a visit.

Excellent service. The staff were wonderful and so helpful even though I spent weeks in and out of the store unable to decide what I wanted. Eventually I bought a beautiful Seiko Turtle automatic. It's really hard to choose a watch online as you have to actually see one to appreciate it so I recommend you go into this store. Marvellous people, great buying experience.

Consistently excellent service and a lovely choice of jewellery and watches. We've used them for both purchases and repairs/alterations and they were brilliant. Would highly recommend.

Scammers, they bought a necklace and said they tested it, they don’t test in front of you!
Claimed it was only 9k gold now seen it in the window as 18k gold for nearly 6x the price they bought it. Don’t trust them to buy your gold!

WOW! What more can I say! I sent in a 2 year old quality watch to see if these guys could polish out some scratches that had built up over the clasp and strap, Ive just had the watch returned and it is absolutely like a brand new watch! Genuinely thought they had swopped it for a new one except the serial number proves its mine. Amazed. Also they had it back to me within 5 days and kept me informed and notified of its dispatch and to let me know it would be with me this morning. I dont normally leave reviews but on this occasion the service was so good and so efficient, I just had to! Thanks again Oliver and the jeweler who did the job for me..Andy.

Excellent customer service. They were very nice. They didn’t make me feel out of place like the people in Laing’s in Cardiff. Bought a lovely ring dated back in Edwardian time. 18k yellow gold with 0.5 carat diamond. Felt a bit exhausted with work. So decided to give myself a gift. A good investment as well.

Excellent customer service, Stephen and the team are absolutely faultless! Polished my ring on two occasions and did a fantastic job. I accidentally made a deep dent/ scratch to my ring and they managed to remove this and made it look as good as new. Can’t thank them enough. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks again
