Tasty Grill Express

It's Bonito Grill now. I tried their grilled food and it is absolutely beautiful. Boneless grilled chicken bites are yum. Excellent crispy fries and I love their piri piri and chilli sauce.

I had only good food in there and good service, and cheap prices , staff romanian is ok. I recommend !

Driver left the food Infront of the door, did not knock or ring the doorbell.

Partner and myself were sat 5 seconds from the door so it was impossible to miss if he had attempted.

Realised the food was sat there for god knows how long after partners mum came home and asked if we had ordered takeaway.

Food was freezing and when I attempted to call the restaurant the person on the phone did not believe his driver had left the food there and when I requested a refund he refused.

Very rude customer service.

Takes cash only and unhygienic.
Cash taker touched money, then touched the food that was made for me with out gloves. I had to bin top bun of burger and half the chips that touched his pan. Because of this, I do not recommend. Basic hygiene is non existant. Unless you are immune to food poisoning feel free to eat there

Got 6 wings and chips from this place the wings was rotten, it smelt of vinegar and taste off, took it back to them they were refusing to admit the wings was off so I told them if u eat the chicken wings I will leave and won't make a fuss or want a refund, so the guy decides to eat it. I have to say this guy is the best employee ever or just a tramp who will eat anything. Evoid this place if u don't want food poisoning

Given clear instructions to the restaurant not to put hot food in to plastic bags as the condensation will make everything soaking wet, on the other hand i don't use plastic bags as they will end up on a land field. Just put everything in the paper bag the meal would come in anyways.

Guess what, received food in a plastic bag soaking wet from condensation.

When i called the restaurant to inform them that they have not followed the instructions given on the site the person on the line said "whatever"

If i could i would leave no stars.

Will not order from this place again for sure.

Absolutely shocking. Placed an order on Just Eat, gave me a delivery time of 1-2 hours after order.

Order was put through around 12 o'clock, could reach the restaurant as they left phone off the hook. Tried to contact me to cancel my order at 2.35 am it seems but still took my money and delivered no food.

DO NOT USE

Ordered several Fillet Burgers and chips. Absolutely awful, Chicken Fillets were very Dry and the chips were also rock hard. Seems as if they had re-fried already cooked chips.

Avoid at all costs. Ruined our night.
