Flames kebab stansted

We have been getting our food from Flames for the last 4 years, guys in there are just fantastic nothing is never a problem for them and the food is always freshly cooked and absolutely delicious,
They are clean, Great customer service.
My favourite there’s a chicken sheesh rap with all the salad and lots of green chilies with a small amount of sauce, Strongly recommended, you won’t be disappointed.
Almost forgot the Greek salads are incredible too.

Ordered a delivery via Just Eat which NEVER arrived!!! Funny thing is I live literally around a 60 second walk from the place. When I called an hour after the delivery time, not once did I get an apology for the error, instead was fobbed off with excuses, and utter lies!! Not impressed, and am now absolutely starving, out of pocket. Well done guys.

Terrible. Squashed burger, cold and my order was missing salad and garlic mayo. Tried calling to get it rectified but cannot get through!! 😡😡

Such a shame this was once a lovly kebab pizza place used twice a week but last 3 times been really disappointed the pitzzas were mostly cheep cheese not a lot of topping kebabs tough cold salad brown won’t mention the chips & kept getting wrong order also the price increase & delivery charge is so high for what you get !! so they have lost 2 very loyal customers if you phone they not interested 🤷‍♀️

Got my food. and the next day all 3 people in my family come down very ill we only had a Kebab and chips that gave us all bad pains and the runs. Disgusting food

Lovely place,good food and a good community

Last few orders the prices increased by quite alot. Queried the prices as I have a 2020 menu. Told awaiting new menus, just look on Google for prices. To my surprise the prices are the same as the website. When delivered £1.50 more expensive. Told it was a delivery charge. But menu says free delivery over £11. Bill was well over twice this . Will not order again. LOST LOYAL CUSTOMER.
How many more people ring up and been ripped off like this !

Worst Kebab ever!!! Lamb was cooked until it was shriveled, tougher than tough. Chips were soggy, salad was brown! Our first and last visit here
