Chixys Grill

I've tried chicken kebab. Bread very tasty, but meet could be better.Salad- lettuce and onion, without tomatoes or cucumber. Another think, you can pay only with cash. 2 stars only for bread.

I have been robbed of 12£! So, I have ordered a mix kebab, medium. Once I got home I was surprised to discover that my salad consists in 3 onion slices(with brown edges) and iceberg lettuce(with brown edges and a bad smell), moving on to the next box which supposed to be my grilled meat I got 1 chicken drumstick dry as f😡, 3 cubes of tandoori chicken breast dry as f😡, 2bits of wings dry as f😡 and 2 lamb chops dry as f😡, there was no juice in that meat is was more than likely previously cooked and just reheated on the grill. I'm completely disappointed and I'll never step foot in that place again!

Service is very very bad. Last few weeks I placed a order and picked up my food and when opening the box wrong food or not prepared properly. Regular complaints to the shop owner. Owner say will sort out on your next order but not today 28th Aug when I order my food and ask him to last 3 time wrong food ,compensation he is refused to me and state way advised me if you don’t like food don’t come back to the shop. He said this is chef’s or food maker mistake( human mistake) I will not pay you back, replace the food or refund you. His behaviour, customer service and body language is not acceptable. I don’t want to argue with him so I left the shop.
The people working in the shop not trained and qualified not prepared the food properly.
Not have had qualifications certificate.
Hygiene and food hygiene totally out of order behind the screen.
No one use gloves, hair net and beard snood.
Scratching head, under the arms and touching hand every where and prepare the food.
I saw front of me a delivery man came from out without washing hands, he start touching food such as naan, salad, and another stuff, helping chef to pack the food in the boxes.

Food is good, seems fresh, everything is always available so don't run out like some of the other places.

Flavours are good, one thing is no matter what you order and how done you ask for.... its ALWAYS WELL DONE. So just remind them whilst you're order is on how you want it.

Fairly priced for what it is.

We do go often. Id say masala fish, peri/grilled wings and 'flamin' burger are ones to try out for sure 👍 their chilli and garlic sauces are on point too.

Hi I’ve ordered here a couple of times there always missing items the staff there don’t understand English over the phone this time when I recived my order which I ordered for my kids and myself I opened it up no lettuce no salad burnt naan dried chicken no sauce what so ever the naan was hard and tastes like stale bread the chicken tastes cold/hard/stale/uncooked and left there as I have eaten for over 3 days this buisness is no good what so ever pricy and over chargy I wouldn’t even give this food to animals let alone my kids! We called them about regarding the food they said we give you a refund we said okay 1 week later we go back to the shop for a refund the man said “we are giving you no refund if you don’t like our food please do not come back to our shop” I stormed out the shop with embarrassment please Nowhone go here it is a really horrible place to go and not your money worth!

Normally I don't leave bad reviews but I only do it when it is extremely bad.
On 30th October 2022, I ordered mix kebab, half grilled chicken, and grilled wings with chips.

Everything was dry and not fresh. The worst of all was the mixed kebab, which I was looking forward to enjoy. They gave me meat pieces probably from a day before(or even more) because it was sooo dry.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to go in there unless you love dry food and leftovers.

Got a Chicken and Lamb Biryani with Keema naan and the Biryani certainly did not have an authentic south Asian flavour. It was basically a flavoured rice with A LOT of lemon juice. Weren’t that tasty and wouldn’t recommend these dishes.

Lately the food has been so disappointing! Ordered half chicken & got quarter! Burger had no cheese! Food was cold and worst of all hair in the sauce! I don't think this places cares anymore, plenty of other places so won't be ordering again
