O Yes Pizza Time

Awful - Do Not Use!
We came away for a family weekend to the races, got home 630pm and subsequently placed an order for food, and to be fair we were quoted 815pm as a delivery time. 945pm now and after calling about 5 times and being told ‘it’s 5 minutes away mate’ we are realising that it is unlikely we are going to get our food. I wish the order was not taken when we placed it, rather than stringing us along all night. Communication is everything, these people clearly have no respect for their customers.

Raw undercooked food, shocking customer service. This cannot be allowed to continue these people will kill someone. Let’s hope environment health will step in and sort this unprofessional and poorly run and managed establishment.

I'm ordering food there more up 2year. When i moving to Chepstow there i bay my my first fast food on this area. Never got some problems. I baying food 1-2times a week for me always is fine.

Had a meal delivered the other night ordered on just eat it seemed alot of money for the food that arrived wrong items ordered x large kebab it was tiny never had this before hopefully inext time it will be different

Always get my order wrong, on purpose!
They are rude, they smell and constantly have children running around the work place????!!!!!!
Their food is not what they say it is either and their food is bland!
I'd give 0 stars if I could!!!!!!!

Burnt bun and rock hard fries. Fairly bland tasteless chicken burger. Not sure if this establishment has changed hands? The burger I had from here in the summer was great.

We've been here a couple times and both times have not been disappointed in the past but the last order was not edible!
We ordered chicken burgers. They came with onion when I asked for no onion and the bun was soggy and wet on the inside and burnt on the outside! They were tasteless! I have no idea what mayo it was or how long its been in there fridge but it had no flavor either! The chips where not at all fresh.
We ordered off the website. There is no confirmation is the order is being processed. So after 15 min we called to make sure the order was confirmed and the guy who answered was so rude! 🙄

Such a disappointment... we won't be ordering from here again. 😒

Oh no kebab! do not bother ordering from this place! Ordered a kebab meal deal (kebab + salad + chips and a coke). Waited 45 mins for the order which was fine. When it arrived, they forgot the chips, they forgot the salad, had to call them up and wait to be sent the original order. Waste of over £30
