Absolutely dreadful. Chicken on pizza was pink and items missing from order. Guy from bambino's called and was extremely rude. Never gave refund and took part of order with him. I then phoned shop and the same person spoke to me and was still rude. I would give no stars but can't comment without adding one. Please avoid this so called food establishment at all costs.

I'm very dissatisfied and upset with the food received from this place. To be honest, I'm not actually surprised! I've ordered from other kebab "restaurants" in Bristol before and the quality was very similar. I'm beginning to notice a trend here and would recommend everyone, do not order anything from a "kebab and pizza restaurant" in the evening time.
A piece of chicken: it looked like a random chunk of chicken and gristle, with no attention paid to the quality or presentation whatsoever. There was a bone sticking out of the side of it and it was a very dark brown colour. We did not eat it.
A portion of chips: the chips were clearly reheated in what I can only imagine was by using a microwave. I know this because I've had microwaved chips before. They were soggy. They were cooked earlier in the day and then reheated in an attempt to save money. I did not eat them.
Onion rings: had a strange 'twang' to the taste. They were moderately crispy but not very satisfying at all.
Chicken strips: again a funny taste to them. I'm now of the opinion that the restaurant might need a new fryer. They had a weird texture.
Chicken wings: Actually, these were okay and I was happy to eat these. But the quality of the chicken itself was not good. I guess it is just cheap chicken.
Garlic bread (free): might as well have not been included. It was basically normal bread sprinkled with some seasoning and overcooked in the oven. Couldn't really taste any garlic. I feel as though this was probably reheated as well.
I am sure that the restaurant can do better however and given that it was late in the evening I am going to strike this off as a 'one off'. But I am very displeased. Hopefully they can get their act together and serve some decent food. Otherwise, close down and find a different job to do.
The only time these places are good is when you're drunk on a night out and get a kebab. That's probably all this restaurant can do properly to be honest.
When you're serving food, you need to be passionate and caring. These guys clearly did not care on this occasion. Surprisingly, they told hungry house that they weren't going to deal with the problem and they have now been taken offline for the weekend. I got my money back but now it looks like I'll have to find something else to eat tonight.
Just don't order from kebab and pizza places. Go for a Chinese or Indian 👍

Chips were black and solid, couldn't even bite through them. Desgusting Burger and was way over cooked,even the bun had been burnt. Ketchup is like piss water but got to say i enjoyed the salad and my bottle of coke. Won't be having Bambinos again.

Terrible. Ordered kebabs for party and didn't show. Phoned after 45 mins said they were cooking it and would be 15 mins. 30 mins later phoned up and said they were too busy and said would be another 30 mins. Asked me after another call would be another 30 mins and rudely said should I canxd or have free soft drink

Ok food...okay prices...not well managed as you get charged several times for something you've already paid for. Management could be improved and the person taking orders and payment should inform all other staff.

Please don't eat from here, I ended up in hospital with food poisoning they don't care of clean up after them selves, seriously this places needs to be shut down
