I was very apprehensive about putting my two babies in kennels for their first time but the staff are so accommodating and made me feel so at ease. Instantly trusted them. On pick up we could see that our babies were very well taken care of and had a great time! We have since been back to use their amazing grooming service and have booked them in for further dates. Will always highly recommend 😁 Thank you guys. 😁

I left my dog for the 1st time over night (3 nights). I was so scared and nervous but he was welcomed by friendly staff who instantly give my boy lots of affection. He was well taken care of and came home smelling absolutely beautiful. I did have a little issue but the owners took care of my issue with professionalism and put me at ease. Have booked in again for our next holidays

I couldn’t even give 1 star I would never set foot in these premises after it was my misfortune to be spoken to by the owner. A more aggressive, rude man I have never met, I left there shaking & crying after I was verbally attacked by him .

I've put 4* because the kennels are tidy and clean,my only down fall is thathey charge per day your dog is in the kennels,so he/she gets a free bed for the night,but if you want your dog to stay for the night you will pay for 2 days. Example. If you drop your dog off at 11am and pick dog up the next morning at 10am that's 2 days by their rules, so pick up starts at 9am till 2pm week days and Saturday and 9 till 1pm on Sundays. So they open at 9 and if you pick your dog up at 10am you get charged a day's rate even though they not even been there a day.

Their rule is a day is from drop off till they close. Guessing 5. 6 or 7pm That's fine,
But you can't charge a day's rate because your dog as been there only an hour after they open at 9am the next day.

How no one as complained about this before is unreal. So I will never use these again.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. Owners of this company are disgusting. After a disagreement, owner Charles got so aggressive he looked physically threatening as if he was going to attack my family member. Nicolas attitude is also vile. Very unprofessional screaming at customers across their kennels. Other staff Pauline, James etc are wonderful. Such a shame. Do NOT recommend.

Heard the owners scream at a customer. Didn’t seem very friendly, best to avoid. Will not be leaving my dog here.

Reply: Please check your CCTV to see how aggressive staff seemed, waving a cane in a customers face.

Another note: Your prices online are not reflective of the charges on arrival. Mis-Advertised.

Phoned today to ask if there was any cancellations to get my dog groomed (been difficult to get booked in anywhere at the moment due to it being a busy time of year), and the phone was answered by a very rude woman who stated that “you won’t get a groomers appointment today because it’s a Sunday and groomers need a day off”. I then proceeded to explain that there are definitely groomers that work Sundays, to which she responded “well they are idiots”. She could have easily just said something like: “apologies, our groomers don’t work Sundays”. I found her attitude extremely unprofessional, and it has definitely put me off using the Kennel or grooming services this establishment offers.

Great kennels, my dog Sadie is always well looked after. She always goes in and comes out very happy!
