Absolutely shocking customer service, stay well away.
Ken brown harlow only agreed to look at hazardous defect with front window mechanism that caused both front windows to shatter completely randomly within minutes of each other after the boot was shut, after I called kia uk customer service. When I called ken brown first time they tried to tell me they wouldn't do anything because I hadn't purchased the car from there. This is rubbish as kia uk will tell you, any dealership is supposed to honour the warranty whether car was purchased from there or not After kia uk called them they very reluctantly agreed for my car to come in and be inspected and repaired, but told me they couldn't fit it in for 3 weeks even though I asked if they could look at it sooner because I feared ithe windows shattering could happen again and cause an accident to either myself or other people on the road but they refused. In the meantime I sent all of the photographic and video evidence of the defective mechanism and shattered windows to kia uk who said they would pass it onto kia ken brown in harlow in time for when the car came in. When I got to Ken brown this morning the service manager completely denied receiving any information from kia uk, and would only be looking at the car today and not repairing it , and this was after 3 weeks has passed by following the incident Ken Brown' service manager, seems to have a real issue with dealing with defects or repairing cars that are not purchased through their dealership even though they are covered by kias so called 'no hassle' 7 year warranty because this isn't the first time i have had a problem with them. I have since contacted kia uk again and waiting for their response, and in the meantime i will be emailing their uk ceo, because this has now put me off buying another kia for life and don't want the same thing happening to anyone else. What's the point of a 7 year warranty if they don't honour it when a defect as hazardous as this occurs. If you look online at US kia sites there is an obvious problem with the windows mechanised units and specifically refers to 2017 sportages having this problem.
If you're looking to buy or service your kia, i would advise to stay well away from Ken brown harlow, Absolutely horrible people to do business with and will be taking my complaint further.

So, let me start by saying I'm reviewing the sales part of the dealership, not the service garage.

In case you don't want to read the whole thing, I'll summarize it here. I had a great experience at this dealership, very friendly staff who I ended up chatting to for ages about cars in general (like your average petrol heads do). Always happy to help and kept me informed every step of the way. If you're looking for a Kia, or any other car they may have in stock, definitely give them a ring!

So I came across them whilst looking on line for an MX5 RF, which they luckily had in stock since someone decided to part ex it in for a Kia Stinger.
After about 10 minutes of submitting an enquiry, I was contacted by by one of their sales members Saif, who I spoke to about the car, and arranged a test drive.
On arrival, I received a very warm welcome, he brought the car round for me to see and take it for a test drive, and I can't lie I fell in love instantly.
Saif pointed out a couple if little nicks, which he assured me would get sorted out if I were to buy the car. And true to his word, all was sorted, bar a little door ding which we have made arrangements to sort out when its convenient for me, which is great.
When it came to pick the car up, it was nice and clean, I had a great chat with the Saif, and left with massive smile on my face and my hair flailing in the wind!

Massive thanks to Saif and the rest of the sales team who I spoke to, and I wish you all the best!

Dealt with Joe gibbs he was polite and professional throughout can't complain with him at all. The quality control at Kia seems to leave a lot to be desired though compared to its rivals. Picked up a Kia stinger on not even 11k miles. Nice crater sized chip in the bonnet with a hack job of a correction to it. 36 grand car and it had a cracked reflector that had clearly been glued! and not even sitting in the recess properly ! The management where kind enough to order me a new reflector and some badges for the back that they had removed anyway. Thank you Joe for the service but I will consider other manufacturers next. 2 stars is being generous and mainly based on the service I received from Joe rather than Kia's quality control. Make sure you look over thecar properly on pick up and don't just trust it has been inspected and prepped to a high standard.UPDATE - whilst they were kind enough to send me out a new reflector to replace the broken one on the car when I picked it up, the badges that are supposed to be on the car I asked for some as they had been removed, they have sent me old ones with old glue on that can't be put back on and all scratches up. Rather than just sending me some new badges that can be easily applied which would of been appreciated, bearing in mind they should of come on the car in the first place.

Went into Ken brown to 'look' at a new sportage and ended up buying! Saif was amazing, perfect in his job! I turned up with a puppy and 2 kids in tow and he was so accommodating with them. I was specific in what colour I wanted and he helped me to find it. He was full of conversation and truly friendly. By the time I left I felt like he was a friend rather than a salesman! A real asset to your team.

We have just purchased a Kia Sportage with Ahmet and the customer service he gave us was excellent. He was friendly, honest and approachable and made the whole process very smooth.
Would recommend the garage to others and thank Ahmet for his help throughout.

We visited Ken Brown Auto dealership in Harlow Saturday 28th January. Paul the salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable about all thing relating to motor cars ( Petrol Head ). What we liked most was that at no time did we ever feel rushed or pushed to make any purchased until we was ready. would we recommend this dealership - Most definitely.
