WJ King KIA Sidcup

Very poor...droped off the car a car service,picked it up in the afternoon only to find it scratched and what is worst is that they've tried to cover it up with some touch pen or something. Came back next day only for them to tell me that there's no way they would've done that and that they don't have any cctv because it's their choice.

Staff very helpful and informative. Booking a test drive was fast and easy. Clean and airy showroom with a wide selection of cars to look at and ask questions about. Offers good after care services and covered in all Kia service centres across the uk.

I have used WJ King and another agent not too far from me to service my 2 Kias one at each place. I have trialled both places over 3 years and now decided to give my custom to WJ King having received a smooth and easy process with them. They did exactly as what is promised, which is all I need as a customer. Hope you keep up the good work and I will see you soon with my Picanto for its service in a couple of months!

Before booking an appointment i have checked the reviews regarding this dealer on google. I now doubt the reviews are genuine!!. Unprofessional and dodgy place. I visited this dealership to reprogram my original key and remote, which I recently bought from Kia. Over an hour waiting ,They told me the key is faulty so they could not reprogramme it, and firstly, they charged me the total price for that when I asked why, they said it was £140 pound but they will charge £80 however, the original price was £80 and then they asked me come all the way again ,booked me another appointment in two weeks to check why they could not do coding. This does not make any sense and totally time waste. I will never go them again. I will find another Kia dealer further distance, just for peace of mind. Avoid...

This was our 4th car from here and as always the staff are incredibly helpful and patient. My wife and I have never had any problems. From the service team to the sales staff (that are there for you and not to push a sale) I would highly recommend buying a Kia from this place. Had our car serviced, very efficient and helpful staff

I am only writing this review because my bother and I have always been given such an atrocious service by Glyn Hopkin Kia Romford close to home, so much so I have never purchased a new car from them.

W J King Kia Sidcup, on the other hand have always gone above and beyond to give my brother and I an exemplary service.

We have purchased 3 Kia’s from W J King Kia Sidcup and I have never been solicited to write a review, and it has never come up in any conversation from them.

I purchased my first new Kia Picanto-1 from W J King a 16 plate, and have just purchased a new Kia Picanto-2 21 plate.

When I purchased my 16 plate I had 2 tiny minor hick ups which were dealt with to my complete satisfaction, and because of the exemplary service we get I would not have the audacity to mention them in my review other than they were sorted, now that is what I call service.

I purchased my first Picanto-1 with the help of Jack Edwards’s, sales consultant a great lad.

My brother purchased a top of the range Kia Ceed from Stuart Atkinson sales manager, and Stuart sold me my new Kia Picanto-2 21 plate.

I had a query on a Sunday and although Stuart was not working that day, a very helpful sales lady Terri phoned Stuart on Sunday to update him, and first thing Monday morning Stuart phoned me.

It was more by luck certainly not judgement, my brother and I purchased all 3 cars at the best time in their sales cycle for us and for W J king, other Kia dealers have always struggled to even match W J King prices let alone beat them.

Terrie was the sales person that I dealt with, she was very helpful and informative answered all my questions and kept you updated on how the car was progressing.
Even after I received the car she was available to assist me with the set up of the car especially the apps.
