Visited Kia for the first time in search of a new car and Jack’s attention to detail and customer service was amazing. He delivered on every promise he made, and made sure that no question or request we had was small or silly to ask! Given he’s not been there long, you wouldn’t be able to tell!

Came in wanting to look at the cars as getting a new company car most garages don't want to know and I understand as they are not really getting a sale as such. But I'm going to have the car for 4 years so want to make sure it's right. Damon couldn't of been more helpful and saw the bigger picture helped me and sorted out a test drive. Will be bringing the car to you for servicing and in future if I need a personal car will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

Fantastic customer service, the assistant manager Damon went so far above and beyond to help my disabled elderly mother choose the car that was right for her. Fine the day she chose the car right up until the car and beyond, he call my mum to ensure she was fully upto date with the progress of the car and that she was absolutely sure it was the right car for her. He was FANTASTIC! On collection day he spent time ensuring she was aware of how all the features worked and what they did and explained it all in a way a 74yr old could deal with. Not enough words to describe the caring, informative, patient and fun way he dealt with my mother and me. All other staff were great as well but Damon just went that extra mile.

Recently purchased a Kia Sportage here for my sister. Was assured the vehicle was in top condition so travelled down by train from Edinburgh. Car was as described. Less than an hour later I was driving it home. No pressure and so easy. Saved around £5000 by not buying in Scotland. Super service. Well done Daman. I'M now thinking of moving to a Kia myself and Hendy would be my firstport of call.

Purchased a new Sportage. Although I ordered the car in February I have recently taken delivery. The reason's for the delay were not due to the dealer but due to events outside of their control. During this period Damon has kept me abreast of the situation and managed my expectations. He has gone above and beyond in the service he has provided. I have been driving the car for two weeks and it has been a great experience.
