I can safely say that I had a pleasant experience when swapping my car here. I have been to other branded dealerships and have always dreaded the experience they need to learn a thing or two from Grovebury! I originally booked in a test drive for a certain model that end up being sold right before my booking. Mr. Herman called me ahead letting me know about the situation and suggested an alternative which I accepted. When I arrived, the service provided by Herman was impeccable and I was given all the information I needed for me to decide for a new car for my family. Everything went smoothly and even after I took the car home, Mr. Herman called to make sure that all was good and there are no problems.

After a 9 month and 10 day wait, our Kia Sportage gtline s HEV arrived yesterday!

My partner and I went into Kia Grovebury to look at a new car for myself, we met with Peter Deans and from the start he was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable and assisted us with finding the right car for our needs and budget. Peter was very helpful and there was zero 'pushy sales man attitude' he just wanted to make sure we had the best deal for us available. I've now picked my new car and couldn't be happier. The whole process was smooth and hassle free and I expect to be a customer for a long time coming. I couldn't rate Peter or the Company higher for anyone looking for a new car dealer. :)

I was kept informed the whole time about my car’s service and mot.
I was sent a video of the work that needed doing after it had been picked up from my house. I was able to confirm the list of work needed. I was telephoned by Jordan just to confirm this, he also quoted the cost of the work. I was happy to agree. My car was delivered back to me gleaming inside and out. Very friendly team at Kia Dunstable
