What a helpful branch! Returned from a very long flight at Gatwick with the family to find my new KIA Sorento parked at a nearby hotel not starting due to a flat battery! Nightmare…

RAC quoted 4 hours to get to us so we were pretty stranded. 😵

Rang this branch as a last resort and Martin who I spoke to was so helpful and understanding. He immediately ran down the road with a jump kit and helped me get my young family home after long day of travelling.

Recently visited with my partner as we are looking to buy a new car, they must have had a fantastic month of sales as they didn't seem to want to sell to us.
We have been torn between two cars and our preferred option was the Kia Sportage, asked for information whilst standing next to the car and we were guided away to the desk to discuss finance. We were not shown the car at all.
Asked how to book a test drive and told to call in they are usually available - but no offer to book one in. Surely us asking is a pretty clear indication we are interested.
We ran through some features of the other car that we particularly liked and asked whether they had similar on the KIA, each one was just a no....this car doesn't have that. At no point did they bother to tell us what it did have or offer to show us.
So unsurprisingly we have gone with the other vehicle.

A very rude staff.
Avoid if you can; KIA is not honouring seven years warranty, is gaslighting customers manipulating customers through their dealers to avoid responsibility for free of charge repairs.

Very rude customer service (Mr Tom and Mr Priyesh) and Sophie manager will ban you from the saloon if you do not satisfy her needs.
