I needed a replacement corner pull out shelf as the original one had a surface crack and was still within warranty. I was sent a replacement within a week.
Very impressed with this service & would recommend this company.

The replacement doors and drawer fronts were exactly what we were looking for to refresh our kitchen without the pain of rebuilding the whole kitchen. Cost estimates were produced quickly. Delivery schedules were competitive and we were kept informed of delivery dates. The items were delivered on time.

Wrong item sent but they rescued the situation quickly. Correct item sent immediately and the wrong item collected a day later. Product very good so I ordered two more.

Ordered a ceramic kitchen sink on Friday, the sink arrived on Monday but unfortunately it was broken in transit. Contacted customer services, replacement arrived the following day. Excellent customer service. Would recommend.

Easy to order on their website, excellent customer service. So pleased with the quality of our new kitchen sink. We recently had a new kitchen fit and the sink looks fantastic. It's the Clearwater Mirage 2.0 Bowl Kitchen Sink with glass boards. Absolutely love it! Best sink we've ever had. Delivery was quick too.

I approached Eastcoast for help to fit a tap that they had not supplied. The help give was immediate and gladly given, and included contacting the manufacturer abroad. Uncommonly good service. ten stars.

I have had an amazing experience with East Coast Kitchens Ltd! After 5 months of using my black 90mm Basket Strainer Waste Kit I noticed a chip on the edge of it to so I contacted the company. They have been wonderful and very helpful and they happily replaced it within a few days. Thank you!!!

My first transaction with this company was a kitchen corner cabinet pull-out. I ordered an in stock item, they accepted the order, processed the payment, even sent me an invoice. 9 minutes later an email "item....out of stock... may cause a slight delay" 1 further minute passes, in pings another email - " ... apologies...error in our stock levels" Turns out the slight delay is a 5 week delay. I for one lose confidence in a company that can't manage their stock. Some great reviews suggests they're reputable and professional. I guess I was just unlucky, but mismanagement puts me off ordering with them again.
