Howdens – Dartford

I returned a tap that broke 3 months out of warranty and after a very short delay Dave (Depot Manager) agreed to swap it for me free-of-charge. Can’t ask for service any better than that.

Exceptional staff, willing to help great atmosphere. I would highly reccomend. The kitchen designers were very knowledgeable and patient

Great service and materials

I am a kitchen fitter and have used this branch for 7 years
Never had any problems until this year
Management was changed, also a lot of the staff
Now the whole thing is CHAOS
Items were delivered to the wrong address
Items I never ordered were delivered
Damaged items
Wrong colour
Had to wait 3 weeks for some doors but not all were delivered
Had to rearrange decorators, BR inspection
Items I returned were not credited to my account
Had to call head office to get things halfway sorted
Credit control said it wasn’t their problem
Very disappointed
Avoid if possible

Got everything I needed. Staff are helpful.
