The staff are always very welcoming.. They are very helpful and friendly and will always try to deal with any issues.

Just wanted to say what fantastic service I've received from Howdens in Feltham during these very difficult times. Special thanks to Mike & Liam for all of their help, advice and planning. I had ordered back board and was advised to pickup on Monday, but I had to go several times after Monday as all the time the staff was telling me to come tomorrow. Moreover I had ordered backboard and one more item for delivery which never received at property but the staff showed me their register that it was delivered, no receipt or signature of the person who received the items was shown to me. Please note that I was in the property all the time with the builder So my question is where did the delivery go????

Great place to get your new kitchen. Everyone is pleasant and friendly and the quality of goods tops it.
Also convenient for consumables like screws, gloves, drill bits, etc.
Good value for money.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Having been a kitchen fitter for over 15 years I've never came across a worser bunch of crooks.
1.After turning over almost 100k for this branch in the last year us fitters get a small commission on each sale of kitchen we make, however on the last kitchen they didn't honour my commission and came us with different excuses to not pay which is a shame
2. I order a kitchen a few months in advance, EVERY SINGLE TIME only half the kitchen arrives. Why just why ? So unorganised.
3. I am constantly making up excuses to my clients as to why all these parts are missing after spending a huge chunk of money onit.

Bottom line for someone highly experienced in this sector is to avoid this branch atall costs. Try Benchmarx abd the twickenham Howdens.

Although few things were missing they corrected it promptly. Mike has been super helpful
