Brilliant experience with units online. We have just had our dream kitchen installed and still can't believe how affordable it was.

Nathan was exceedingly helpful during the planning process and never lost patience with me even though I kept sending random pictures from catalogues to him asking for things like awkward spice drawers!

I was a bit nervous about the idea of measuring for the units myself but it was all made so simple and after speaking with Nathan a number of times I was completely reassured. Kim was also amazing, she provided help with quotes, booking in delivery and any queries I had. I have never had to wait long for a response from anyone and there has always been someone to pick up the phone if I've needed help.

Can't recommend this company highly enough, thank you to everyone involved in the design, manufacture and delivery of our beautiful kitchen. Will post pics after worktops are fitted this week.

Ordered 24 units and couldn't be happier. Units online are part of Mayflower group and that's a fairly substantial company. Cabinets are made by units online and they order your door of choice from a range of large reputable manufacturers. I picked a gloss slab from the Second Nature range and units online made the cabinets and supplied fittings to match. I had good quality gas lift hinges, soft close doors and Gola handleless profiles. The cabinets are really good quality. Everything was delivered to me within 3 weeks in perfect condition. I planned the kitchen myself but Tony told me what I needed to add. Only had a couple of queries but Lois and others in the customer service helped me out. Brill.

I'm a big fan of UnitsOnline. I run a very small kitchen design & fitting business in Wokingham in Berkshire, and first used UnitsOnline about 7 years ago. We fit almost any make of kitchen, but frequently steer clients to consider an online purchase with UnitsOnline, preferring them to most other online suppliers (who we also use). Product quality is good, the range of door & drawer sizes is very good, and they are very willing to custom build at the factory. Pricing is good. Importantly, they clearly do quality control before shipping the kitchen (some very big online names clearly don't!!). There are sometimes a (very) few faults, but they are quick to rectify them. We've always found them very responsive, both pre and post sale. A good firm to do business with. I thoroughly recommend them - Colin Brown, 1-to-1 Kitchens, Wokingham, Berkshire.

Good product, poor service. I'll never order a kitchen online again... my fitter had to do a number of modifications to get the units to fit and we had to buy more items as he did not have enough to complete it... once they had the order all customer care disappeared. Maybe I have just been unlucky, but I'd recommend checking everything with a professional/fitter before ordering.

I don't usually write reviews but I'm writing this as I hope to deter people from having the same terrible experience as me.

Our doors were delayed due to being faulty numerous times and this issue continued for 3 months. Now, I know this was the fault of the manufacturer(TKC) however, Units online (also known as Mayflower) were totally incompetent when it came to dealing with this. In summary :
-Once they had my money, their foot came completely off the pedal (lack of comms with both myself and the manufacturer)
-I had no choice but to manage it directly with the manufacturer myself (since May, I've not once been contacted by them to see if I need any support. For all they know I could still be waiting for the kitchen! To get this sorted was a full time job)
-Suggested workarounds/shortcuts whixh mewnt extra time required by the fitter and some which would have meant a potentially damaged kitchen at the end of it.
-Backtracking on promised compensation for the delay to the tradesmen which I've had to pay out of my own pocket.

The list goes on. It's been so stressful, and due to the delays, I ended up having my baby right in the middle of the fitting.

Units online/Mayflower have since responded to my compensation request with a big fat ZERO. Only what they believe to be their legal rights within their Ts &Cs to pay nothing.

This company takes your money and then washes it's hands free of any responsibility.

Lovely units, easy to fit, although the paint has already chipped off weeks after getting them.

The customer service is pretty painful, with a lot of going back and forth on the phone.

Love my kitchen, not sure I would use the company again.

It's been 10 days since my first request and still haven't gotten a quote from them. Apparently kitchens around the £9k mark aren't interesting to them. All other companies I've spoken two got back to me within a day. Does not tell me I'd have a good service at all if I buy my kitchen through them.
