Roomsense

I have just had a new kitchen installed by Roomsense. The work lasted two weeks, I had all new kitchen installed, new floor and walls repainted. The guys that came into do the installation, i would just like to say that worked really hard when they were there and I'm really impressed and very happy on my finished kitchen. My only comment would be that they were balancing two jobs maybe even more. I had to phone head office a few time to find out where they were. But I would recommend Roomsense to anyone who needs a new kitchen installed.

My experience with Roomsense was not a pleasant one. The kitchen designer did not turn up for our first appointment, I was called the next day to advise they did try contacting me but couldn't get hold of me ( I had no missed calls.) I rebooked another appointment for that evening and the kitchen designer who attended did apologise but said he was never sent the job so didn't know what happened. I absolutely understand that errors are made, however, I don't appreciate being lied to. I would rather have just been told the truth that there was an admin error, not that I was called but I didn't answer.

When the kitchen designer was at my property he was very nice and the products he showed us were really good, you cannot deny the quality of the kitchens. He then gave me the price and told me I had to sign a deal that day to get that price, if I didn't it would increase by £4,000. I absolutely do not appreciate that kind of pressure. I said we would think about it and we would be in touch. I then received a phone call at 10pm that evening chasing an answer.

Since then I have been called, what feels like, continuously by them chasing a decision. We have now made our decision, a week later, and I have emailed to ask to removed from their system. We had a quote elsewhere for an equally high quality kitchen for far cheaper, plus they are going to carry out more work then Roomsense and the customer service we received was exceptional.

Harassing people to put pressure on them to buy your kitchen is absolutely appalling, and I would not recommend Roomsense to anyone due to this.

I would like to post a positive review for the kitchen refurbishment provided by Roomsense. Communications were good. The quality of the units is first rate. The fitters did an excellent job and were tidy and considerate.

BUT in the small print of the contract it says that the final payment is to be
made directly to the fitter. Once that payment was made and the fitter packed up communication came to an end. There are several snagging jobs that quickly became evident ie door hinged on a side which was inconvenient, making good on damaged tiling. Roomsense assured me that these faults would be resolved when the fitter was next in the area but after many weeks I had to pay someone else to finish the job.

We have a very awkward kitchen to plan and after several attempts with other companies we tried Roomsense... and are we glad we did.
Andreas was our kitchen designer and he was very professional, friendly and he has a great eye for design and symmetry.
The plan for our kitchen has utilised every inch of space possible and looks amazing and the pricing was very competitive against other companies we tried.
If you go to Roomsense you'll be well looked after and in our experience with Andreas you will come away with new ideas and ways to get a great looking kitchen..

We found this company on line, but being North of London we didn't expect them to offer a service down on the South Coast where we live. How wrong we were.
After a rocky start and a second visit from a different designer, we have got the kitchen of our dreams. The designer worked really hard with us and pointed out several ideas we hadn't considered, while still achieving everything we wanted.
The surveyor highlighted a couple of issues - re power supply and plumbing the radiator - but again with Roomsense we were able to work around these.
When it came to the installation we had Valdas, a Roomsense fitter, who was absolutely delightful and nothing was too much trouble. His work was extremely accurate and he was a pleasure to have in our house for a week. He did all the electrics, the gas and the plumbing; and then called in local tradesmen to certify his work.

After full redecoration and tiling l removed the protective film from the cupboards. This was several weeks later due to a long holiday and l found a chip in a door that wasn't obvious previously. There was no quibble and the door has been replaced without question. We were even offered Valdas to re fit it, but being a simple replacement this was not required, but the offer was appreciated.
Would l recommend Roomsense? 100%.

We have just had a new Bathroom fitted by Roomsense and we could not be happier.

From the initial consultation with Holly, the visit from the designer Andreas, Roomsense have been first class throughout.

Our installers, Petr and Mateusz, worked tirelessly when they were here and the quality of their workmanship is outstanding. They are Masters of their Craft.

Extremely professional and helpful team - from design, to purchasing and installation. They went above and beyond expectations to solve any issues that arose and were very competitive on top of it all. We are delighted with the end result. Highly recommended!
