Appalling service. Kitchen paid in full beginning of September, still not finished and they refuse to answer. They lied on specification, never issued a contract nor a programme and walked away with all my money.

Stay away from them!!!!

Dreadful. We saw a product just taken off display, spent two weeks chasing the price, got fobbed off by 4 different people, and then when we pointed out the service was problematic, they told us the item had 'just' been sold anyway! Waste of time. Unprofessional and disorganized.

I visited the showroom as I saw they had bathroom sinks on display.They explained to me that all they had were ex-display items which had really good prices. Unfortunately there was nothing that would fit my bathroom.The sales person ( Abdul) directed me to another bathroom store from where I managed to find the sink unit I needed. Although I didn't buy anything from 'Urban Interior' I was really impressed with the the honesty and great customer service. I will definitely consider them when I renew my kitchen.

UI fixed our door hinges and they did an immaculate job. It wasn't as simple as just fixing a hinge but replacing the current one to a whole new different system. They were clean, kept noise level low and were super speedy but did a premium class job.

What is this showroom? Disinterested staff who don’t even know where the brochures are or what stockists they use. No bathrooms on display - just a few basins and toilets stacked against wall. Pointless visit.

Absolutely shocking after sale service. Purchased a very expensive toilet seat and it was delivered promptly. Then the problems started. After taking it out and looking at fitting it I found it was to big. I immediately contacted the branch to inform them of this and was told by the woman who answered she had no idea what the process was and I would need to call back when someone with more knowledge was available. To which I did only to be told there are no returns even though the product is in exactly the same state as purchased and there is nothing mentioned on the quote or invoice about zero returns.

I then asked to speak to the manager and was told no!!! He will not speak to you and this is not their problem. I asked to speak to the warehouse from where it came from and again was told NO!!! We will not give you that information. I have been treated with a high level of disrespect and recommend if you need anything AVOID at all costs.

I am now stuck with a product that does NOT fit and will never be used due to never telling anyone about a non return policy.

Organised an appointment to go in on Saturday 30th October. We were interested in a kitchen. We spent an hour explaining what we were after and discussed budget. We agreed that a proposed kitchen design would be proposed with prices within a week and a half (by Tuesday 9th November). On Tuesday I emailed and was told that there was an emergency and they would need to move everything forward by a week. We agreed that a design would be sent by Friday 12th October. But again nothing and no email either. So really just a waste of our time. I’m sure they are very good but this isn’t how you treat people and certainly not your customers. If you miss a date then fair enough but to do this twice and not even have the decency to let us know is very unprofessional. Very disappointed to be honest.
