Great customer service! Tom and Carly are hardworking, friendly and took the time to understand what I wanted. The end result is amazing, they definitely delivered on what was promised! Hardworking and meticulous staff, the job was done on time and to the highest standard. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent range of kitchens and at a fraction of what a full Kitchen would cost, I was looking to change my kitchen and thought I needed to do the whole lot. After getting a few quotes I realised it was going to cost me around £12,000+ to get what I wanted. I then was recommend to see these guys, I couldn't be happier. I have the exact kitchen that I wanted and it was far cheaper than what I was going to pay elsewhere. The quality it unbelievable and the fitters were clean and tidy and did the job on time. Highly recommend.

We wanted to upgrade our kitchen doors without spending extortionate amounts, and thought Dream Doors may be a little to expensive, but learned that DD have a wide range of kitchens to suit all budgets whic was great. We met Sarah and Carly who were so kind and helpful to our needs. We had a free consultation at our home and decided on our new kitchen doors with the expert assistance of Tom.
The whole project has gone without a hitch and we love our new doors. It has brightened up the whole kitchen and looks so new and fresh. Thank you all (but especially Sarah) for looking after us so well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you.

I would certainly recommend this company. From The showroom people to the installers. The Workmen were polite and friendly they worked extremely hard and didn't make a mess. I spent time to go over to their outlet in Ware and it had to be a specific day to meet Tom, the owner on 1st Nov. Tom then visited my property to go through details and measurements and seemed pleasant enough. Promised to deliver a quote within a week.
No quote arrived and I then emailed chasing on the 24th Nov. to which I then receive an apology email on the 28th Nov and he promised to send a quote by 12th Dec. He never bothered to contact me again. Very poor regard for a prospective customer. They wasted a month with finally no quote ever arriving and no explanation.

Dream Doors (Ware) came highly recommended to me and so I had no hesitation in using them. The initial consultation in the shop and subsequent visits to my home were also very positive, along with the installation. Every evening when I came home my kitchen was as clean as it could have been during the installation. The fitter was a real credit.

Come the final day of install they had to stop due to heating pipes being in the way. I was asked to sign the final part of the agreement regarding monies and was told not to worry as they would sort this out. So far nothing has happened even though I have chased on this on numerous occasions. I have been waiting 4 months plus.

My best advise to anyone using this firm is not to sign off the final paperwork until you are 100% happy as their word is not to be trusted. I subsequently had to employ an electrician and a plumber to finish off the job that Dream Doors had walked away from.

We have been extremely pleased with Dream Doors Ware who have offered an excellent friendly service throughout our kitchen fitting.
Our units were very tired and dated but the new doors gave a fresh and modern look!

Were clearly doing work on a neighbours flat recently, their address was all over the boxes left in the car park. These were removed - just to be found later with loads of 'removed' woodwork fly tipped in the communal bin area. Disgusting. Couldnt even be bothered to put the cardboard in the bins.
