Wren Kitchens

New kitchen from start to finish we found Wren helpful. During installation we phone them for advice. After sale service was just as friendly and helpful.

Bought my infinity kitchen from wren, and cannot fault anything. From design to delivery everything was fantastic. Good quality kitchen at a very good price. And the 0% interest payment plans suited very well. Would definitely recommend wren for your new kitchen

The staff at the showroom were not pushy they helped you all the way through the design and had no problem rejigging if you had another idea. The installation team ere very good and very fussy ,they were very quick and very tidy. The next day wrens had arranged to pick up all the rubbish, the whole thing from start to finish was excelllent would highly recommend.

Wow where do I begin!! This kitchen is costing me £30k and the first day of installation has been a nightmare! Major defects with cabinets! One of the cabinets cuts across the door into the kitchen and another sink cabinet was wrong size! Plumbing and electrical issues too that weren’t voiced in initial survey. They said everything was ok. (A surveyor did come out to check measurements and electrics/plumbing etc to sign off) Customer services aren’t great either as no one in any power is available and they never call you back as promised. Also the fitter is such a lovely man and works so hard but, he doesn’t speak great English and I don’t speak any Lithuanian so a bit of a language barrier too. Very disappointed….. I’ll let you know how it goes………..

I had dilemma in choosing the wren kitchen after reading some horror stories about their customer service. However the glossiness of showroom blinded my eyes and took a pluge getting kitchen from wren. The verdict is as below
Design: The designer at Aylesford branch Joshua Devlin was very helpful. He spent good amount of time designing the kitchen to our requirement. He had good attention to the detail. He left the business while our kitchen got delivered within four weeks.
Problem: We chose granite worktop and we were always told that delivery-installation of granite will be within 10 days of tamplating. However, just after the tamplating, we were told that it's eight weeks delays in granite delivery, which is not acceptable.
Also, the store manager was not helpful by saying that nothing much I could do from here and you need to contact customer service, which is non-existent. He doesn't seem bothered much.
So, the bottom line that those horror stories that people have been writing are true. I would not recommend wren kitchen to anyone.

Not really a review but as Wren Kitchens never respond to emails or phone calls we are hoping someone at head office will see this and start communication with us again? After a 10 day delay in obtaining a quotation, your recommended fitter does now not want to take on the work to replace the kitchen that has delaminated. We get no assistance from the Aylesford branch manager anymore as he seems to have lost the capability to at least acknowledge any communication out of courtesy. The dedicated case manager we were given has not bothered contacting us either since their proposed resolution to the matter failed. Unfortunately for Wren this problem is not going to go away. Our 2 year old kitchen needs replacing but there is no acceptance of responsibility or any common sense from anyone at the moment.

Really helpful and warm customer service. Evie was very knowledgeable and had lots of great ideas.

We were looked after and not rushed. Our dream kitchen was her priority.
