Rooms Kitchen Specialists have provided us with exceptional service. They replaced our fridge and freezer with high quality appliances and fitted them perfectly within our existing integrated kitchen. We cannot recommend them enough.

Someone from Rooms came to visit to measure up, but despite chasing several times never gave me a quote. So, a few months later I'm still no nearer having a new kitchen.

The after care this company also provide is second to none! My kitchen was fitted 17 months ago and the bulb failed in my oven. I phoned Rooms and within two hours a new bulb had been fitted!

I would strongly advise not to do business with this company. The product bought and paid for was not what was delivered I received a second hand model despite spending £1000s on appliances for our new home. This was changed for a premium model out of the showroom however this appliance broke after 18months use and cannot be repaired! Customer service and more over communication to the customer is nonexistent they promise to call and don’t promise to help and don’t and ignore your calls!

I'm surprised other reviewers have given five stars. They are unbelievably unreliable, you're lucky if they answer their phone, they rarely return a call if you leave a message and when they do, they lie. If they were a good company once they're not now.
