We looked at several kitchen companies before deciding to use Creative Kitchens. Tony came up with different ideas to enhance the kitchen which we are very happy with. The customer service was exceptional especially approaching Christmas during their busiest time. The quality of the kitchen was 10/10 and although (due to the age of my property) there was an issue with old pipework / plumbing / electrics, no job was too much for the kitchen fitters. A 5 star review for Tony and the team and we will be recommending.

Buying a fitted kitchen is not a decision to be taken lightly so it took a while to choose a company.
My first meeting with Tony convinced me that creative kitchens were the best option.
They have delivered magnificently the finished product is excellent.

Tony and the team from Creative Kitchen Design have just finished a sizeable project for my wife and I, specifically the installation of a new main kitchen and a smaller kitchen in a separate annexe. My wife and I are delighted with every aspect of the work carried out.

The initial design consultations were very helpful - Tony took time to survey the site, listen to our requirements, produce detailed plans and make very constructive suggestions about how the space available could be optimised. He was also happy to refine the plans as our thinking firmed up. At no stage did we feel under pressure. From our first meeting with Tony we felt that he was genuinely interested in providing the best for his customers and we have not changed our opinion since. Indeed, we found everyone connected to the company to be friendly, courteous and committed to doing a good job.

In our view Tony’s pricing was very fair. He was sensitive to cost constraints and worked with us to find ways of delivering what we wanted within our budget. That said, there may well be cheaper quotes around, but CKD kitchens do not compromise on quality and so represent excellent value for money. We were very satisfied with the quality of the units and appliances installed and the professionalism and attention to detail of all the installation team.

In our experience Creative Kitchen Design is a very good company to do business with.

Buying is new kitchen is one of the biggest outlays you're ever going to make. When your house is an open plan bungalow, it's also one of the most important.

So, after two years in our new home, we took our time. We had visits and received quotes from seven suppliers.

Only then did we choose Tony at Creative Kitchen Design (CKD). We made this choice partly because we needed some building work carrying out (removal of part of a wall) and CKD were the one company who took this in their stride and gave us the confidence that they could handle the whole job. The other reason we chose CKD, was the confidence we felt that Tony's personal approach, flexibility and above all his passion, would produce the right result.

How right we were. Although the whole job took a little longer than we would have liked, a week or two here or there is nothing, when you look at the quality of the finished article. Involved in producing this were an electrician, quantity surveyor, bricklayer, plasterer, and Prestige to fit the quartz worktops. Everyone one of them, so professional and a pleasure to have in our home. But above all, the reliability, no-nonsense hard work and craftsmanship of Darren and Phil was impressive, to say the least.

We received a number of higher quotes, and we really feel that what we've got represents fantastic value for money. We'd whole-heartedly recommend Creative Kitchen Designs.

In May 2022 our kitchen was destroyed by a burst water pipe from the bathroom above. After many months of not having a kitchen or ceiling and having to deal with insurance we started the search for a new kitchen.

Creative Kitchens were recommended to us by someone and so we booked an appointment with an enthusiastic man called Tony.

He came to our house, measured up and went away taking our visions into account. A few days later he presented a series of fantastic designs at his showroom in Burscough. Once we chose the design we liked, Tony presented us with a very reasonable quote, and we then proceeded with a deposit.

As we are full time workers with young children, my wife and I have very little time to project manage a full renovation of this type, but we did not need to worry, Tony took care of the whole project.

Tony and his team of tradesmen (in our case Graham, Callum, Joe and Mark) took our old shell of a kitchen and transformed it into a high specification dream kitchen. Tonys team constantly liaised amongst each other which made the whole process run as smoothly as a kitchen installation could possibly be.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen (just in time for Christmas). I would not hesitate to recommend Creative Kitchens Burscough to family or friends, they were absolutely the right people for our needs.

In April 2021 we were faced with the need to replace the kitchen in our new house. We were new to the area and without contacts or references. Kitchen nightmares are common enough even from reputable and accomplished suppliers. Not something we were looking forward too!

We had received quotations from the usul suspects but Creative Kitchen Design were unquestionably the best, on design, product and price. Tony was the only company that actually put work into quite literally a creative design.

The quality of the supplied units and appliances was excellent. A good design with excellent products is pointless without good fitment and we had excellent fitter. This is where CKD scores highly, using first class multi skilled fitters. The pricing was very competitive, indeed we would not had chosen CKD if the price was too high. Very good value for money.

The attitude of everyone who worked on the kitchen was excellent throughout and focused on achieving the highest standard of finish. It did take several weeks to complete the fitting work and it took a long time to reach final completion after to fixing the odd snag.

The one area I consider improvement is warranted is with the business administration, customer communication and billing. Tony does run his business hands on; working incredibly hard and a degree of trust is required on your part that he really has got everything under control. He has!

There was perhaps an over reliance to receiving feedback from the fitters and others and not liaising enough with the customer during the work. Improved coordination with other suppliers would have been better for us and would have built further confidence.

All in all Creative Kitchen Design in our experience is reliable and professional, providing an excellent service and with high quality workmanship at a reasonable price. Very satisfied!

I would recommend Tony and his team. I am really pleased with my new kitchen and the fitters were amazing. Tony has an eye for detail and his design concepts are brilliant.
