From start to finish the level of service was amazing. The sales team were friendly, professional and not pushy at all. Unlike the other bigger kitchen suppliers in Exeter, we didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make decisions. Jack helped us design a kitchen using all available space-it was an easy and stress free process.
We used a fitter recommended by Exeter Kitchen Store, Ryan Lucas and Sam Bowley they were very professional, finished on time and had great attention to detail. We had a small problem with the pull out larder and without hesitation a cabinet maker from the factory came to the house to fix the problem.
We have now had our kitchen 4 months and we couldn’t be happier with the build quality and finish and it was excellent value for money.

An absolute pleasure to deal with. They respond promptly to queries and nothing is too much hassle but they won't badger you like other companies do. The units are excellent quality and i have faith in the designers (we dealt with Jack) and his knowledge of the products they sell is great. They supplied really good photo like images of the 'finished' product which helped to understand what we buying and have attached to this review. Compared to Wren and Howdens they were cheaper too and could supply the appliances cheaper than big appliance retailers like AO. The kitchen is being fitted in 2 weeks time so feedback is only based on pre installation...would recommend whole heartedly.

Very good customer service. John came to the house and provided several alternative designs then helped me choose the right one for me.

The packaging was very good and secure and delivered into the house.

A couple of snags were ironed out with no problems at all.

Dominic our kitchen designer was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and he answered our questions, efficiently, promptly and went above and beyond to help make our journey from design and planning, through to rip out, installation and completion so much easier than our previous experience. After going to a couple of the 'big names' to find out about getting my kitchen replaced, a neighbour recommended going to Exeter Kitchen Store. I popped in and spoke to Dominic there. From the get go, the whole thing was so much easier. Down to earth, super knowledgeable, and no pressure unlike the big names I went to previously. Dominic guided me through the whole process from start to finish, and designed a cracking kitchen that I'm very happy with.

Would highly recommend EKS and Dominic if you're looking for a new kitchen.

Terrible service from start to finish. Once they take your deposit they don't want to know. Very expensive for average quality products and zero customer service. I experienced a whole series of issues (sitting on our order for months until we chased them for an update, not bothering to measure the kitchen, sending the wrong kitchen design to the fitter, having the incorrect kitchen choices on our file etc. etc.) I would not recommend at all and suggest going elsewhere if you are thinking of using them. They also ignore complaint emails.

Jack at Exeter Kitchen Store was nothing short of extraordinary. He was dealing with lockdown designing which is new to everyone right now but he was polite patient, answered all of our questions and got excited for us right from the start. He gave us plenty of option for the space and even helped us hide an unsightly electrical cupboard which was a real nightmare. Delivery was really swift and gentlemen who delivered were really friendly too!

I would recommend EKS again and again and again to family, friends and strangers! :)
