Staff and service excellent.
Bought and have fitted a kitchen and needed a replacement drawer front which was done without any problems.
Highly recommend.
After this we arranged a snagging list with the manager to fix all the issues. It took four months to fix the remedial works. Even though fixed to a standard it is not the kitchen that we bought. The remedial works have covered up problems that are still there as follows:-
1) The larder cupboard is completely bowed and the person who completed the fix said he did what he could with it.
2) The upstanding unit on the other side was said to be removed and replaced. As the electrics went to it the fitter who came to fix touched it up with touch up paint leaving the same unit.
3) The hole in the back of the base unit has been replaced with a new sheet of board with a hole in the same place.
4) the base unit under the sink where the cutting in is has had two pieces of wood put either side to cover the issue up but not to take it away.
5) The water damage from the faulty tap on an end panel has been mastiked instead of being replaced as they did not have the spare end panel on there vehicle.
On top of this there us work on the snagging list that have not been completed:-
1) Pencil marks on two of the walls, not small either.
2) Doors are still wonky.
3)There are chips on some of the units where they have been installed.
4) End panel is not lined up.
My final meeting with the Manager of store I was offered £250 to finalise. Well as you can see this work is still not finished. A couple of things to take from the meeting. "I have paid less for worse finished kicthens" well I wouldn't want to live in those kitchens. And a second comment "nothing will ever be perfect" not the moto I would expect from the manager of a kitchen firm.
" Magnet Nothings Perfect" the new slogan
Amazing kitchens.
