Walked in with the full intention of buying a shallow casserole dish. Not even a hello or acknowledgement from two young male staff as I walked in despite being the only person in there for 10 minutes, probably didn’t want to stop their explicit chat about who they were going to sleep with on New Year’s Eve! Went to John Lewis to purchase instead - much better service.

Cast iron cookware at its best! Although of good quality do consider one obvious fact before purchasing. Cast iron is heavy! Try before u buy. Remember a large pan plus food weighs a lot and it's hot!

I took a pepper pot back to le creuset because it split. They very kindly changed it straight away without any questions. Excellent service
