Mini 2 story shop with a very helpful long term manager.

One of the smaller Le Creuset shop in central London with a good selection of their products. Probably the only 1 in zone 1 London at the time of writing this review.

Been there at the start of 2014 and 2015 and was greeted with the same very helpful manager who had a real personal touch in explaining the difference between the products and offers follow up post sales service in a way that makes you felt you are buying from a friend rather than a store manager.

Narrow store so got to be careful not to knock things over with a backpack though.

I like Le Creuset's pans, and they've got everything here, plus knowledgeable staff to help you find what you're looking for in an instant. I know they last for decades and everything but still think they're a perhaps a tad overpriced for what they are.

Came in here yesterday with my son and we bought his Christmas present. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you to both members of staff who were in the shop at the time. And my son is very excited!

Excellent Service and help by the staff. Had two non stick pans which have been my go too for years but after consistent use have lost their non stick coating. Took them into the store and they were replaced under the lifetime guarantee after a simple inspection.

I placed an order which wasn’t available in store and staff kindly assisted to order from the warehouse to send to my home address. Unfortunately it wasn’t delivered on the day I was told to expect it and complained to the branch manager, Austin. He kindly sent a colleague to personally deliver my order that day and gifted a petite casserole for the inconvenience. I really appreciate the efforts to keep customers happy!

Very friendly staff and great products. The non stick pan is the best I used
