Magnet Kitchens

Bought some great interiors doors for my house at very affordable price. Excellent friendly service and they even loaded them all into my car for me. Definitely recommend and will use them again

Cannot praise The company high enough, we wanted a new kitchen we met Lucy stringer at Stafford branch she talked us through what we wanted how the design it as were going through this Lucy was showing us in the large TV screen, this took slot of time and we also changed many features throughout but Lucy was great with us nothing too much trouble, she came to the house to make sure my measurements was right and advised. We also thought buying there product was best to be fitted By there fitters, right decision there insured Rob was leading the team my kitchen was being completely ripped out cellings down walls plastered if anything went wrong Rob would be there to oversee and goes over and beyond his duties to make sure your happy, Lee the electrician was a great guy all friendly nothing too much trouble the plasterer was great finished when he said and the schedule went to plan, one thing I have learned yes they may be a little more expensive but you get what you pay for, well done guys start to finish, and I will be spreading the word

Not my usual Magnet Trade branch, I called in after being messed about by Wickes. In the time I was waiting for Wickes to (not) answer the phone I got everything I needed at Magnet Stafford, loaded it in the van and was on my way. I was served by the very amicable and dutiful Lukas; he's a credit to the branch. The prices are great and with brilliant service to match. Will know the next time where to go.

We were having some work done at our house. Magnets sales person saw this, walked in through our front door uninvited, and started trying to sell us a kitchen. Clearly a bunch of pushy, aggressive sales people. I will never consider magnet for anything in future.

Absolutely fantastic service from Pietro and Jack today. Pietro was professional and had sound knowledge of the Magnet kitchens and products. He designed exactly what we wanted. Jack was great at making sure we were comfortable, ensuring the design consultation was seamless with drinks provided. Thank you both. Highly recommend.

Kitchen install was fine, very happy BUT 11 months later and having an issue with an appliance that we purchased and had installed from Magnet Stafford they seem unable to return calls or numerous emails regarding fixing the appliance.
Yet i guarantee if i was a new customer looking to spend £15k with them they would email and call at the drop of a hat..
Im sure they'll pull the covid excuse out the bag but after 1 whole month of attempting to contact them ive given up and will go direct to the manufacturer even though its the retailers responsibility to sort it.

absolutely disgraceful customer service, my units failed and they are trying to blame dampness in the ... wait for it... kitchen! apparently i havent been cleaning them properly which has led to the seams on vertical (think about it...) planes holding water which has led to the failure of the units.
I hate my kitchen and rue the day I ever heard of Magnet.
