Worktop Express

Delighted with our new worktop. Having researched several suppliers online, Worktop Express came top on both value for money and shipping costs. Delivery was straightforward and the product looks superior. It was helpful to visit the showroom to view samples before choosing.

Considering the price is so good I went along to the Camden showroom to see the worktops as I wanted to check the quality beforehand.The sales guy was very helpful and the showroom was good for exploring the different options. Satisfied with the quality I went ahead and bought my oak worktops pre oiled as I needed them fitting immediately on delivery. Delivery was on time, customer service was great and my worktops look fantastic. The Danish Oil is perfect for bringing up the rich colour and grain...it doesn't make them orange like some oils. I couldn't be happier! I will be buying some coordinating oak shelves soon :-)

I highly recommend this company, and especially the Camden Town branch (thank you Marek and Rui) of Worktop Express, who gave me very helpful and clear advice about the best worktop for my needs which was delivered on time (lots of advance information via phone and text about the time of drop off which was very punctual and much appreciated). The oak kitchen top was delivered very quickly after ordering. The delivery team also were great too – very helpful and courteous. The worktop is of excellent quality and sold at a very good price as was the cost of delivery. Happy customer here! Thank you!

Happy with the product and the good service by Camden's store manager Marek. Everything was delivered on scheduled date - there was a slight delay but they kept me well informed along the day and delivered without any problems. We ordered a solid worktop and the builder fitting my kitchen also said that the worktop was a top quality product! Currently being installed and I excited to see how it comes out!

I love my floating shelves.

They arrived quickly, but one of the edges was dented in shipping. The team was responsive to resolve the issue and I was offered a discount on the shelf.

The Camden team was helpful to my questions when I visited and ordered in person.

I made the mistake of accepting the cookies on the website. I have never seen such prolific advertising, now every webpage I visit is covered in Worktop Express adverts. You’ve been warned.

Great customer service!

I ordered online and unfortunately received a damaged item. After reaching out on the phone (with little to no waiting time, also they have a great hold music), I was nicely informed that a replacement will be immediately sent out and delivered only 3 days after.

This is the service all companies should adhere to.

Was most delighted to discover a local branch of Worktop Express. Visited the Harlow store today and was met with Billy who was polite and professional. Explained the benefits and limitations of the various ranges of worktops. I was also impressed with the social distance measures put in place in store. Our quote was very competitive and instant it also contained additional coatings for cuts & grooves. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area.

So disappointing. I splurged on iroko worktops but after oiling the panels are very different colours. Worktop Express customer service say my warranty is void because the worktops were installed without their written consent! The panels looked similar before installation and the website says that they darken with age, so I assumed this was normal and would fade together with oiling and time - not so. Now that they're installed Worktop Express will not help me. Incredibly unfair.
