These guys designed and installed our kitchen a while back. Superb service, their fitter was of the highest standard.

7My Kitchen was fitted in June last year. It took 4 weeks to finish. to go without kitchen for that long was very frustrating. The sink was installed and on the same day I remarked that it had a mark on it. Photos were taken and they said they would contact the supplier. I'm still waiting for a replacement. There is so much wrong with my kitchen and I have been trying since june to get them to come and sort it. I had a gentlemen out finally in January last year, who went back to and said "HE WAS NOT IMPRESSED.
somebody was supposed to have been coming today to start the repairs, I have phoned the branch to find out what is happening to be told on one here.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.... THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. I WILL FIND SOME WHERE TO SHOW PICTURES wouldn't let me give 0 stars and I'm still waiting, supposed to have someone else coming to take a look.. wonder how long that will take.. the total lack of communication makes the whole situation worse. Someone came out 8/3 but unable to do repairs as it needs the worktops to come out, which would mean damaging the tiles. Needs some one to authorise the purchase of new tiles. It's now 22/3 still waiting for someone to contact me. I have a garage full of worktops and beading but no date as to when I might finally get the kitchen I thought I was getting back in June last year. I phoned yet again to be asked to supply proof of purchase for tiles and cost of fitting. If they think they're just gonna give me back the cost and not make good they can think again. None of this is my fault

Non existing customer service. After an appointment with Onkar, he promised to get back within a week but never did. Then I started chasing for weeks, ringing and emailing to see what's going on. Zero response. Eventually I could reach him on the phone after two weeks of trying and he said 'I will get back by tomorrow'. Again, no response. Nothing. I emailed the Slough Branch so it's not like only he would have seen the email. This was a waste of time and this branch is definitely not one you would want to use. I am glad I didn't get past the ordering stage!

Do not buy your kitchen from Magnets Slough. We were consistently given incorrect information about pricing, lead times, site measures and delivery dates from Addy. We've had to constantly chase up emails and rarely have our calls been returned. It was such such a stressful ordering process. Eventually items arrived that we did not order, we had to collect bits ourselves from other stores, we received damaged worktops and we still do not have a completed kitchen. Sabria was initially helpful but then disappeared and now we've been left feeling like a hot potato no one wants to deal with. All we're asking for are the remaining parts to a kitchen we paid for weeks ago.
