Home County Cookers

This was a brilliant experience. Mike turned up, did a great job with great-looking spares and left with us having a gleaming Aga. Top marks, top service, great price. As you might guess, very highly recommended.

We bought a reconditioned Aga from Michael at Home County Cookers, and from start to finish, he was brilliant. The Aga is beautiful, and Michael was very happy to liaise directly with our builders to arrange installation, etc. He kept us informed of progress, and was at the house very early in the morning to make sure everything was finished on time. He has been very happy to respond to follow-up queries, and has been really excellent to deal with, as has Patricia, who also works there. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and the company to others.

Update; there was a small enamelling problem which came to light a few months on. Mike turned up and replaced the top without any question whatsoever. So, the after-sales care of Home County Cookers is terrific too. Highly recommended.

Michael at Home County Cookers came today to convert my oil-fired aga to electric. A really nice chap who did a great job, working round the eccentricities of my aga and oil supply, and leaving everything clean and tidy after what looked like a really messy job. I'm so pleased to have it off oil, and it seems to be running nice and efficiently in its new state.

We asked this company several times to remove our AGA so was booked in this Saturday morning. Got a message been let down sorry can’t do it now !! Then from there no reply to our messages. Got builders knocking through today so did it with a couple of friends. Terrible service and a major leg down ! I’d rather cook on a disposable bbq than use this company !!!!!!!
